    ?Skinning Rack Dimensions?

Ok green screen, I was going to weld up some square tubing for a 2 deer skinning rack. I was planning on 2 uprights cemented in the ground and one crossmember across the top with an angled gusset style brace in each corner.

I was wondering what dimensions do the GSers would recommend?
-How tall would yall recommend the crossmember being and the height of the uprights above the ground?
-How wide should it be or the length of the crossmember?
-How far apart should the pulleys be from one another on the crossmember up top?

I just extended the legs on ours. Was originally 10ft legs but are in a A Frame so probably only 9' tall and some of the big mature deer, i didn't like how i couldn't get them off the ground far enough.
10' wide and pulley are around 6' apart. Have not had a problem cleaning 2 animals at a time.

Our skinning shed 12’ to where the wench is mounted. It sure is nice to not have to bend over or squat down to finish one out. Get it up there where you can work on it. Bending over is hard on a fat boy.
