    Update: My parents’ neighbor across the road saw the deer yesterday evening. He said he’s a big, old, heavy horned deer (one we know well). He has an entry & exit wound high on his back, but was eating & acting perfectly normal. I wish he would’ve shot him, but maybe my niece will get another shot at him soon.
