    2 weeks sans cigarette and I'm also stepping back on the vape. This isn't as bad as I thought it would be.

      That is what I used to quit after smoking for 41+ years. It really helps with the irritability and quells the cravings pretty good too. I honestly never thought I would be able to say I quit smoking and vaping, but now proudly I can.

      And vaping does not help you quit anything. It trades one form of nicotine inhalation for another.

      Good Luck to all those trying to kick it. If my weak and feeble minded self can do it, then anyone can!
      I used Wellbutrin also. One week later I was smoke free without the cravings.

        Chantix worked for me. Smoked from 15 to 45 and tried everything, some 2x

        They ask you smoke during first week. I went 3 days and have never wanted another cig since then. Does not bother me being around others that smoke.
        Best thing I ever did for my health
