Every time one of these threads get started it becomes a ****ing match between the Coastal folks and the Central TX folks.

Yes, we know you need rain, but at the expense of thousands of people getting flooded? We understand the dire situation that it can be for you without rain for your crops and animals.

Let's just agree with the mindset that we want everyone to have a fair amount of rain and not wish flooding and destruction on another group.
