I grilled up some pronghorn backstrap for Christmas dinner. Turned out amazing! Nice and tender and great flavor.

Got my euro mount back and made up a plaque from some local mesquite. Now to move some stuff around and give it a place in the office!

I got to shoot one up there on a guided landowner tag hunt. Borrowed a PRS grade 243 from my boss and popped him at 475 yards. Guide wasn’t even with us and I “accidentally” saw him before we left the pasture to go drink beer and shoot prairie dogs. Great trip that I’ll never forget.

                    Congrats!
