Yep. Most of the newer bow blinds are well insulated so not so bad even in the heat but I'll be in a tripod as well more than likely.

Our season opens Friday. It is always October 1st no matter what day it falls upon.

I don't start hunting until mid to late October. I don't want to wear myself out before it gets good. I have a lot of different bucks on camera, but no daylight pictures. Around October 20th give or take a few days they will start moving a little before dark then ramp up daylight activity as the pre-rut gets going.

I am going to watch Iowa vs. Maryland Friday night and then college football all day Saturday. It is forecast to rain for the next four days. My food plots need it !!
