Just closed two different second home Port A houses. Rates were great. Investment property is a different game and hits you pretty hard. Let chat and I can get more specific. 512-203-5869

will do. just looking at buying a place in POC probably in the under $300,000 range. i can put in in personal name and it wont matter who writes checks as long as its paid. ill give you a jingle once i narrow down my search. can i get away with less than 20% down?
