My 9 year old grandson saved his money and bought his own 22 mag.
Today after his baseball game his dad and I went to their ranch to give him a chance to kill a pig with his new gun ...... one shot in the ear hole and he dropped this biggun!! Papa was so lucky to be in the blind with him! His dad has taught him how to shoot and wait for the right shot.

Papa is so proud of both of them!

First gun I bought when I was old enough. That's good stuff right there. I killed several hogs with mine, but ended up selling it to fund my first recurve. Man I wish I would have kept it. I went archery only for several years after that. Except for coyotes and the occasional hog.
