    Load they came up with when I wrote for TTHA
    26 inch barrel with 8 twist favorite load 75 grain Scircco reloader 22 46.5 grains .

    6mm rem or .257 Roberts necked to .224

      I've shots lots of deer with a .220 Swift. The deer don't like it at all. Head shots, heart shots, high shoulder shots... Is it my go to? No, but it is very deadly when used within its' limits on deer.

        We’ll I bought some Hornady 60 grain white tail rounds today. Gonna give it a whirl myself this season and based on my field research my son will give it a go.
