    Latest you’ve seen deer breed?

Watched a buck breed a doe today Feb 25th, in Franklin. I’ve seen fawns there in the 3rd-4th week of April, so this was pretty crazy to me.

I’ve been watching bucks(and one or two mature bucks) dogging does hard since about Wednesday last week in Bandera.

I had a spotted dawn on camera in Pipe Creek in late Oct/early Nov this past season.

Sounds like you need to get rid of some doe.

Had a spotted fawn mid November in Somerville this year. Mom had to been bred in March.

Did it look like this year's doe fawn? That's when I see it happen this late, usually a early born fawn that has matured enough to go in cycle late. I'm not sure the percentage that fawn actually carries through birth and raises a fawn next year but this late season rut sure in hard on the bucks that need to be putting weight back on for the Spring.

It’s funny you posted this, I noticed 6/8 new fresh scrapes last week north west of Huntsville.

I had a spotted fawn show up on camera in mid December in cottle county this year.
