My brother loaded his dehydrator with salt/peppered deer meat this yesterday.
Unfortunately, when he checked it this morning the meat was still raw. He realized the temp was at the lowest setting intended for herbs and vegetables.
Would the meat still be safe to eat or is it unsafe?
