How many years until this one makes 13"?

I was going through some cards and ran across this picture.

Someone once told me that if you let them live long enough they will get to 13"

Wish I knew who it was, see if they want to amend that statement

Maybe never. Asked the local GM about this one and he said he'll probably die of old age. Probably stupid me for asking and him having to respond as he did.

Never is a distinct possibility. I have a 5yo that is 8” fat boy!

If he was a 2 y.o. in that picture I would say about 11 more years.

This deer was 5 1/2 in 2019 and it was the first time he was 13 or better. Neighbor made a bad shot on him never to be seen again. I wanted him badly.
