Tonight we grilled some Baffin Bay redfish and used the blackening seasoning that Cajun Blake outlined in his recipe, and we made his Potchartrain Sauce.

I have never had a better meal. Mary and her mom made it all. I ate my weight! Y’all make this look so easy!

          Five Stars.

Awesome! I guess that means there were no leftovers?

Not really. A couple of bites that went real quick at lunch time today!

Mary and Jeanette both made happy plates last night too!

Tried the recipe this weekend and it was a big hit!! I added some scallops to the recipe because my wife loves them and it turned out awesome. Definitely making this recipe again soon, thanks Michael!

Dangit. Wish I would have seen this a few days earlier. Mary and I had RF on the HS cooked on the RecTec grill. Needed that Ponchatrain sauce.
