    Help!! Stuck go cart axle.

I’ve thrown every choice word at it. All the Norwegian Steam I can muster. Half a bottle of penetrating oil. Multiple cracked 2x4’s beaten to death. Map gas. The works. Any ideas?

Pulley puller is a no go too. Just about to bend the rim.

Rig up a press with a jack. Jack up the shaft not the wheel.
Spouse uses a press on air handler shafts.

Weld a bolt on to the wheel.

Give Kroil a shot. It not your normal penetrating oil.

Shop press. Put the wheel on the support and press the axle down with the press. Use kroil. It looks like the threads and crap are already boogered so you ought to be able to get it one way or another.

Put your puller back on almost bending the rim tight, and ping the axle with a hammer. That slight vibration will work. Done it many times.

This one may be beyond the tools I got. What started as a new tire project……

At this point I don’t think I need to remove the axle to get the tires replaced. Right?

                      Don't see why not.

Get a torch and heat it up then tap it with a hammer until it comes off. This should work

If you have a little Bern z o matic propane heater, put a puller on the rim and get it tight, then put a little heat on the rim and turn the pully bolt as you heat it up

                            Super dumb question.
Is there a keyway in there?
If there is it's doing it's job of not letting wheel come off

The keyway doesn't keep the wheel on. It keeps the wheel from turning on the axle, but it creates more surface area to rust in place.
