Change all of you nocks. You could have a couple that are pinching the string serving too tight and not flying correctly. Also inspect your serving and nocking point to make sure there isnt a problem there.
It isnt the spine of your arrows causing random nock high flight. It is some hardware issue on the bow side. It will be very subtle when you find it so look closely at everything.

PMed you! I definitely may know what’s going on.

          OK, so here's an update.

Went into Archery Country (Austin) and talked to Tank.

Stumped him but he tried some stuff.
He put a twisted on my upper string and it seem to make it worse so there's at least a clue.
He put it back and got my rest more center shot, but after doing so the problem persists.

In the images below, keep in mind, Tank moved my WB rest out to a better center shot. So this threw my sites off.
You'll see my group way off to the left and that's why.
As i'm shooting, i'm adjusting my site and it's getting the arrows to hit back towards the bull.
But look below the target in each of the images and you'll see what i'm talking about.
Notice how consistent the shot placement is on the arrow down there.
THAT'S what I'm talking about as is the problem.

              25 yards

Not the best groups but i was in a hurry.

Also, the VERY first shot on the range was a dropper.

OK, I shot some video today of the shot coming off the bow. From the side you can't really see anything so i had someone stand behind me and you can see it better.
Set the player to as slow as you can get it and see what the back of the arrow is doing on release in all three of these videos:

                    I didn't notice that.
What would cause that to happen like that?

that happened to me once. Sight was loose, accounting for 2 different shot placements.

Weak spine. You can see the arrow bend into the nock low position after you fire the release.

I’m no shooting guru but it looks like you could be guiding with your bow arm. Try not gripping it and allowing the bow to release. Worth a try

If you're still using a whisker biscuit and want to keep it, try rotating (or reclocking) the biscuit in its mount. Or just replace the biscuit altogether. I set up a bow to shoot birds with a very heavy arrow with a Snaro head using a WB and it wore out quickly and would randomly drop shots as the whiskers would spread apart ever so slightly at release. It was very sensitive on angle of the bow (holding perfectly vertical).
