    Another Krivoman setup

We were finally able to get a Krivoman and replace a 20' tripod that we've been using the past few years. We built the platform in an octagon, and put some extra material on each of the edges (not there on the first picture, but you can see them when painted). This made it a super easy process of attaching the blind to the stand (deck screws), and other than almost slipping a disk getting the thing on there, it was a straightforward build. Excited to get to hunt with my daughter out of it this year! Our cost for materials was under $200, but excluded the square tubing which we had laying around. Had we bought that, our guess is the thing would have run $250. Not bad all things considered!

Rockin' the TBH-approved ranch/lease work attire. Shorts, boots, and cowboy hat.

Sweet build! Look forward to first LDP.

Appreciate it, Smart. Props to my old man for knocking this out. I told him we should do octagon and the angle needed for the cut and he pretty much took it from there. I chipped in for the 90 minute assembly. It oughta be around for awhile!

I’ll work on the recipe and post it soon. Need to consult with the associate engineer (Pa) for exact details. I believe the cut angle was 31.5* and believe lengths were close to that number, but need to get exact details. Shouldn’t take much to put together a rough plan.
