I love both USA and Germany and Fredericksburg is like living in both... Unfortunately I haven't been there in a very long time... I'm sure it's changed with all the migrations to Texas...

Granite House Lounge or August E's for dinner. Need reservations and last I heard prime time reservations were out to May. Porkys up 87 for a burger. Silver Creek is nice. Be prepared for people and stupid people at that.

Granite house doesn't do reservations. You can get in just usually a wait unless you go 5ish.
