Buddy destroyed trailer tires

I wouldn't say anything. The tires look far from new.

As others have said - you manage it in the future - either the trailer in down for "repairs" or you gently walk him through how sensitive the brakes are.

Hey man. Dad used my trailer the other day and said he had some issues with the trailer brakes. Did you notice anything when you used it?

That way, next time he uses it, you can say, the brakes sometimes act strange, keep an eye out for.........

Next time he wants to move the tractor a short distance just offer to haul it for him. Then buy him lunch and rub his shoulders and ask if your buddy Matt can go hunt his property with you.
