              Easy 1 person dinner ideas?

              Was on the Saltgrass 7 kick for quite a while, like it. Then Uncle Chris's + coarse ground black pepper and now I Use Meatchurch, light coat of The Gospel and top off with Holy Cow.

              Always pull them, add light garlic butter on them, tint with foil while they rest for 10-15 minutes.

                    Sea Salt and Crushed Black Pepper. Was wondering where the coffee grounds crowd was then I finally got to Grand Passage. It would be tough for me to do it to one of my steaks, but would like to try it on one that someone else cooked and just try a piece.

                        Same.... reverse sear with Hardcore Carnivore Black is awesome. Kind of unnerving the first time you use it and you turn all that red meat charcoal black before even throwing on the grill, but dang... it's good.

                        If not that, it's kosher salt, black pepper, and fresh garlic.
