We bought ours while we had a backlog of probably 200-300 pieces/week that we were doing by hand. Finally got the router set up and it’s a world of difference. Hit the start button and just supervise it. Our work is more production than custom but I fiddle around when I find time.

What kind of things are you doing?

i started out just as fun. More and more people are asking for things. We have sold a few things at a farmers market.

Been working on some Christmas gifts for the family. These are Wine Glass displays. They go on the wine bottle and the wine glasses on the side.

Cherry and Maple with Walnut accents

The machine finishing up its job.

All that's left is to finish

I am also working on plaque for a friends deceased uncle. This is my test cut. Not real sure I like the font like this (It looked much better in the preview in Easel) or if I want to carve the Script without the pocket. I will do both test carves and let him decide.

Those are pretty cool results for benchtop CNC Routers!

I sold a 5x12 SCM Morbedelli X200 last week for a mere $225k. It runs 1600" per minute.

To spend less then $2k and doing projects like that is amazing.

                Nice work!

I feel like I'm pushing it when I run mine at 60" per min.

For any of y’all doing this, how much would y’all charge for a 10-12” Texas with about 3 statements in the middle. Would be powerlifting trophies for the school I work at
