Spoke to a major suppressor manufacturer this week, and he said that form 4 efiles are at 8-months and getting worse.

Don’t count on the spineless Republicans to do anything to advance gun rights. It will be up to the people and the courts and it won’t happen quickly that way.

I am at 197 days today on my 3rd e file. First 2 came in less than 150. Should have gotten more at the very beginning in January before the process got flooded out.

Little more wait to get my hands on but have another so not a big rush

You are reading it right but so far everything I have done has been electronically.

Even with a 7 day wait there is no reason for it to take 3-4 weeks. When did the waiting period get implemented? I’ve bought cans in the last from non OTC dealers and yes the notification to CLEO is required but there was no waiting period.

Efile - Im at 147 days - certified on 6/16/2022. When I bought it the shop told me they were running around 120 days for eforms. Now its looking like 180 days plus.

Well-- resolved what had looked like an 18+ month wait on a Nomad-Ti that I purchased through Scheels (on a regular trust).

Turns out the associate never bothered to leave a note with information that I asked because I was headed out of the country with no phone contact for several weeks. I called, gave my name, the item SN and specific instructions and email--- even went INTO the store upon return two months later.... still no luck.

Went back in today and asked to look at their paperwork to ensure everything was handled correctly with ATF because I was incredulous it was at 18 months.

Welp-- found out it arrived while I was away in June-- the associate never put any instructions or notes on file or with the box... and after calling me once and not reaching me they never called again.... No explanation for why they couldn't find it back in August despite being in possession of it for two months at that point.

More than slightly frustrated at this point- happy to have my can but really wouldve liked to have it for load development and hunting this season and on my Alaska trip.

Won't be using them again for suppressors no matter how good the price.

This gives me hope. Maybe I can have mine out of jail just in time for some late season doe whacking. Was hoping to have it out in time to hunt with this year. But that obviously didn’t turn out.

Was really looking promising on the front end at sub 100 and sub 150 days waits but only gotten worse it seems.

Three in June. Two omegas and a thunder beast for my .22. 89 days from when my check cashed they were in my possession.
