Correct.

Some folks confuse using a Kiosk to file their forms with the actual Eform filing.

Used a kiosk at local gun store.

Well this is probably going to suck. According to a few folks on Reddit, apparently Range USA did not fill out part of the eform correctly. Instead of using their actual name, the manager that signed off on the dealer side simply put “Store Manager” and it’s causing eform 4 denials. I purchased mine from the Range USA store here because it was close. I checked my completed forms this morning and sure enough, no name on their part of the form. Box 10 should be Name and Title, mine says “R USA, Store Manager”, which means it’s likely going to be denied like the others and I’ll have to start this whole process over again.

I hope no one else has filed an eform with this company, but if you have, you may want to check your forms to see if they are correct. I’m at 191 days right now, so I should be getting my response soon. I’ll update once I get approved or denied, but just wanted to give y’all a heads up in case it applied to anyone else.

At this rate will be lucky to have eform approvals less than 10 months. But still better than 12-16 month paper approvals. Glad I got my .22 can submitted in January back when they were actually less than 120 days

It will go to court and get shot down.. amnesty for something you bought legally then the definition changed and a new law was made by an organization that does not have the ability to write laws...

My brother just found out he was messed over by silencer central. When he bought it late November they talked it up doing the EFile and like everyone was saying it should be less than 90 days. He found out yesterday that they did a regular paper file through the kiosk and that was "what they meant" when he did the filing at the kiosk. I was there and that was clearly not what the guy was saying

Why anyone buys from Silencer Central is beyond me. They are well documented for being shady and taking months to even file on people’s suppressors.
