I have a friend who has a spot in an upcoming clinic on May 15th in Alvarado . His schedule has changed and he cannot attend. If anyone is interested he would be glad to sell you his spot.

I saw the flyer for the clinic just today. If we weren’t already committed to Chester, I’d jump at that spot.

I'll shoot Chester Friday and Saturday and hit the clinic Sunday . I think he talked mee into going so he could punish me for giving him a hard time about TP.

Kicking the idea around, ain’t got a longbow that’s one or 2 piece yet.
I almost bought a used one just for that shoot. Stopping at Sarrels on way to Chester. If I pick one up, I believe I’ll make it, shoulder pending.

We’ve got a one piece Al Kimery that you are welcome to borrow, if you don’t end up with one from Bob. The grip is a little narrow, but you are welcome to try it at Chester.

So nobody bit on this and I wondered if I had made a mistake going but I'll say I was educated, encouraged and impressed with this clinic.
Joel was energetic, connected and helpful. He gave time to each person there from the youngest teenager to the serious competition shooters. His process and information was relevant, easily applicable and not just related to TP.
For me he helped me to process to an anchor point I can use to gap shoot and helped me understand how I was "aiming" and why the longer ranges made it difficult.
Lastly even his instruction to the compound shooters, though not directed at me cause mine was at home somewhere, was something I will use when it does make it's occasional appearance out of the case.
Glad I went. Worth the time and money.
