Lease shade awning

WE have done this on countless leases, and finally learned to not put one up as it will stay with the lease.

I do recommend a barrel stove to heat it.

I have 1 weekend of work into it (that I really enjoyed) and material I got a steal on. If I left(which I don’t plan on) it wouldn’t hurt my feelings to leave it. And if no one will pay me for it when I do leave, I’ll get .03/lb at the scrap yard if I’m hurting lol.

Got a good bit of firewood split for the winter! Think we have about three cords worth! Also picked up a fridge, picnic table and a griddle! Going to shape up to be a nice comfy place!

We mounted led string lighting, a wall mount fan, propane oven/range, and TV under ours. Sure is nice when the weather sucks.

Added electric, fridge, lights and sink/counter top. Just got to plum the sink and add another light strand. It’s getting close to completion!
