The fish are biting, and there's hogs to be kill-t. Gotta go!

The red wire is the shunt power wire that hooks up to the positive side of the battery. Since the shunt is monitoring the neg side, it's already hooked up on that side. I drilled a hole through the case floor and battery box top to help protect it from weather. Click image for larger version

The folded up red wire in the polycase is a spare. The shunt has two plugs. One is for a second battery should I get another later, for a two battery system. It also has a plug for an auxiliary gauge should I go that route later.

Now, I'll be able to monitor the battery from my phone. And now exactly how much juice I lave left.

Your doing a great job. I’m impressed!!! I picked up a G-3 16/52 a couple years ago and am having a great time with it. They are tough boats!

Yes sir! I recognized that boat on another thread on here, by it's rod holders in the back. Again, Nice job sir! Saw-em on TFF.
And a few other things you did to it.

Fabbed up another aluminum box for the console. Put the rear boat floodlight switch on the top. (Those lights have a 950 foot beam each. Makes backing down a ramp in the dark easy .) And a second Ether net switch in it to tie all three graphs together. Already have one Ether net switch in the front. I now have two 10" Helix side imaging on the console. And a down imaging on the front. Click image for larger version

I need to replace that piece of wood flooring. It's getting weak in one spot. Factory carpet is about all gone too!

Up for the summer time boaters. I don't boat in the summer anymore. So it's been "winterized for the summer" [emoji16].

I'll probably drag it out again in Sept to get it ready for the fall season. [emoji846]
