Selling class III items?

Thinking about trying to sell a couple things. Obviously it’ll require a form 4 approval but can I sell to an individual if they are willing to go through the process or do I have to transfer to a dealer first?

You don’t have to involve a dealer. Just fill out the F4, have them send in their $200 and you retain the item until their F4 is approved.

Cool thanks. Gotta be better than the haircut a dealer would give me.

Haven’t decided for sure but I have a custom briefcase SBR AR BLk and a matching YHM SS Phantom. Super trick but never sees the light of day.
