My personal experience(S) with Slovaceks is why I wont ever go back.

Strike 1. I didn't like seeing a multiple tubs of meat sitting on the floor, half full of bloody water (no ice). I asked, and was told they were drop offs that "hadn't been put up yet". It was pretty apparent they had there for a while.

Strike 2. They don't allow you to use wild hog or go above 60/40.

Strike 3 They are incredibly disorganized. I sat there with 3 others that had meat lost. I'm talking...like entire orders of sausage..gone! They were opening boxes and filling their orders with others meat.

Strike 4. They "lost" ALL of my steaks last year.

With that said....they DO make some pretty good sausage!
