    Best software for photos?

Looking for some direction for editing...

I haven’t used many of them but I have been happy with Lightroom from Adobe. The subscription is a bit of a pain but the cloud subscription is nice for remote access to photos you upload. It also gives you access to a desktop and mobile version of the app.

Adobe photoshop ain’t bad, I use it fairly often and don’t have any complaints but I’m not a pro photographer or own nice cameras other than an iPhone camera

I prefer Lightroom, I use Photoshop occasionally.

There are a few courses you can purchase that include discounts on Adobe subscriptions.

I also use Topaz DeNoise in conjunction with LR.

Corel draw or corel paint works well.

I personally use Lightroom and Photoshop. I wish some other program had the cataloging and organization methods of LR because I actually do very little in LR. I have a few presets I have developed and the remainder of my work is done in PS with actions I have developed in batches. I too use Topaz Denoise.
