Slept 10pm to 7am and from what I can tell no fever through the night.

Just took Albuterol treatment.

Feeling fairly normal today.

The lingering effect will definitely be my lung capacity and getting tired easily just up walking around.

I had it it christmas time. I still dont feel like my lungs are "absorbing" oxygen like they were before. I feel like I smoke a pack a day still!!

Deep breathing exercises would likely help. I work with COVID patients every day, and you need to work on lung expansion. I would encourage anyone with respiratory issues to do the same. Here is a short video. https://youtu.be/bBkGDIeQwXo

Wife and I got scripts for hydroxy from Dr Stella Immanuel. Started the weekly regimen this week. Also got an antibody test Saturday. Still have some immunity from China Virus last November.

Ross, glad to hear you are rebounding a trending in the right direction but take it easy coming back. Not sure if I had it Feb 2020 but whatever it was had me fatigued off and on for over a month a bad cough for about 6 weeks. No lingering effects after that. Hopefully your recovery is a bit shorter!
