If you haven't seen the post on the "Around the Campfire" labelled (Bucks love it) it had a great idea for sweet feed.

The deer won't eat out of the tubes on our feeders. So I've decided to build a wood trough to use for feeding protein.

Started work on a wood trough this morning. Got the trough, legs and roof done today.
Will put it together next trip to the lease.

That should work, hope those deer get after the sweet feed, post up some assembled pics when you get it out to the lease.

Hope it works great for you! Just put another 150lbs of sweet feed in mine Saturday. Bucks continue to tear it up daily.
