I help out around his place when I'm at my property as much as I can and shoot the breeze over the campfire with some beers just watching the deer in the off season. He's an older gentleman and enjoys the company and I don't mind hanging out at all. Rough age would he 4 or 5. He was definitely an older deer and the owner knew he wasn't going to amount to much of anything else. I was very happy to borrow his rifle (Weatherby Mark 5) and help out.
