My son wasn’t satisfied with them because they wouldn’t tenderize his steaks like he wanted. I have no experience with them as I use P&P in New Summerfield.

I know lots of people that love them, I took them a couple deer when they first opened and will never be back. Sausage was super dried out, jerky was off, etc... Maybe they got their act together since?

Will stay with Cherokee Deer Processing in Maydelle. Worth the drive if you haven’t tried them. Headed there tomorrow to get my buck I dropped off.
