Not sure about which brake to use, but if that gun has they typical Tupperware hollow buttstock (pretty sure it does) you can add weight in the rear by -
taking the but t pad off
put a tube sock in the hole open end up
Fill it with bb’s then zip tie it off and cut off remainder.
Stuff it back in and replace the but t pad.
I most likely did this with my TC compass (do it with must plastic stocked guns) before I replaced the stock with a Boyd’s laminate.
The added weight will help balance the rifle and reduce recoil.
As far as brakes go, hopefully someone will chime in with one that reduces recoil. I tried linear comps on AR’s and it adds a smidge of recoil imo, so skip those.
Make sure to do the $11 trigger spring upgrade too- helps a lot.
a better trigger will help with a new shooter not having to pull the creep out before it goes bang.
