Pots and Pans for the kitchen

My wife wants to upgrade. She's thinking stainless.

We already have a couple cast irons that I take care of.

So any suggestions for a couple pans and a couple pots? What do yall prefer?

All clad or made in is where I'm going. Be ready to pay up front.

Stay away from anything aluminum or part aluminum. While there has been no consistent studies that it contributes to Alzheimer's, why chance it? I like stainless with copper bottoms.

Whatever you get, make sure it's dishwasher safe.

I highly recommend All-Clad; specifically, their Tri-Ply. They also have a 5-Ply, but it’s very expensive and I have yet to have a reason to graduate from my Tri-Ply.

a decent selection of Lodge and its 80% done. Just need a stainless pan of a few sizes to boil in

                            We have Calphalon !
They are great, as long as you don’t use metal utensils.
If you want to use metal utensils then buy stainless pots and pans.
