Bring your water to a boil in a large pot.

Drop the rabbit in whole (cleaned of course).

Wait for the water to return to a rolling boil, and leave the rabbit in it for 8 to 10 minutes after.

Then, take it out, season to your liking, and pan fry, or grill for browning.
I prefer the grill, but the pan fry is real good as well.

I love hunting them, but love eating them just as much, or even more.
My mouth was watering. LOL

I would love to have a bunny hunting spot! They're not exactly thick on public land around me. Like Rick, it's some of my favorite game meat.

Im lucky enough to be surrounded by woods , feed Chicken feed outside of coop for the birds and wildlife .
