This thread got me looking at bay boats, holy Moses I can’t believe what they cost! I paid less than that for my first house!

Haha... where you been? Most new one's I've been seeing are 80k plus and it's nothing to see well rigging out boats over 100k.

For anyone in the market: Make sure to get the biggest, loudest stereo you can. At least 2 power poles. Brightest light bar you can find. Make sure it'll run no more than 10ft from the shoreline. Did I miss anything?

Yellowfin 26í hybrid or the Sheerwater boat line. Finish on these boats is very nice.

That's not it. I'm also referring to offshore and not inshore. It's a great inshore boat but it don't need to be offshore unless it's calm. He had a 24' Baystealth before this SW and it handled offshore conditions WAY better.

I could get down with that. While the X3 is a nice rig, its ugly as a crop of azz dimples. The yellowfin has much nicer lines

100% agree on that, Iíve fished out of an x3 once and it fished great! Just not my style of boat

My boats seem to find their way into deep water no problem..... if I'm on them or not, they'll be out in the middle of the bay

I'm surprised the ESCB 25 Revolution was only briefly mentioned a couple of times if budget is not an issue. It's fast, skinny, big water capabilities and **** sexy!
