There are multiple cooking teams at each bownanza. One of the main and most favorite teams is team mudbug.. the cookers of crawfish.

Now I know I wish I could make it. But can’t. It’s just a crazy time of year for me. I do 16000 lbs annually March thru May.

Ok this is going to be my first year going. Already have the wife planning on it. So what’s the schedule look like? Is there a Friday night or Saturday night get together as well or is it just all on Saturday? If we want to help out a cooking team is there a list of teams needing things or help? Early I know.
