    Woke up feeling pretty good, but still coughing a little. Legs and back done today. Supersets 3X10

    Wide grip row/prone leg curl
    Inverse grip low row/supersquat/calf raise
    Overhead lat pull/leg extension
    Bodyweight pullup/bells of steel squat

    Chest and triceps tomorrow

          Great back and Bi's workout for lunch. Weighed in at 191 today so that is 73 pounds down. Aiming for 6 more pounds by Gun opener

            Solid shoulder and core session this AM. Slept in a little to make up for the early duck hunts

            Mixing in lots of high knees and up downs to keep the HR up.

            Legs tomorrow and probably going to start off with a 2-3 mile jog.

                  Keep killing it flywise!

                  I did a awesome leg work out for lunch.

                  20mins of stairs lvl 13-15

                  Leg curls // leg ext
                  DB RDLs // Hack squats
                  110' DB Goblet squats // calf raises

                  2.25 mile jog

                    I’m hoping to hit 10 mile mark next week and then just focus on that for a few weeks or a months. I’m really enjoying it

                        Had a awesome back and Bi’s work out with heavy cardio.

                        Started with 20 mins of stairs lvl 14-15

                        5 supersets
                        DB curls increasing weight to failure
                        Assited pull ups to failure

                        3 miles jog


                        Tomorrow is shoulder boulders

                            I was doing pretty good running 1-2 miles 3-4 days a week for about 6 weeks. Went to Florida on vacation, had a death in the family, making up hours at work, OT, and a number of other excuses. Wife and I are planning on going to the gym when I get off work at 0500.

                            Hoping to get a good run in, and some other cardio. Have what I think is a spider bite on my knee that killing me, but I’ll do what I can.

                              Every time I take a few days off for one reason or another it takes months or years for me to get back at it. Now that I am working on my weight I’m scared to miss a day.

                                I made it this morning despite being exhausted from a lease work weekend. Chest and biceps with 5 movements per body part. Used 50% of max and kept the reps slow.

                                Incline DB bench press/preacher curl
                                Incline DB bench press one notch lower/BB curl
                                DB flat bench press/Arm blaster
                                Flat bench inverse grip/Hammer curl bar
                                Chest fly on pec deck/Incline DB curl

                                Back and legs tomorrow.
