    N E one sue a debt collector?

    Anyone ever use a debt collector? I have one calling my phone constantly after I have told them twice I am not the person they are looking for. Or is it better to send a letter? Wanna make them pay for bugging me.

          Me and my wife sued them one time and got a pretty good chunk of change. This was in the nineties and I think the rules have changed. My wife took care of all of it and I did not get involved

            If your not who there looking for, then why not just block the number?

              N E - two letters

              ANY - three letters

                They call from different numbers.

                  N E with a space. Still hitting three keys!

                    Where are all the “sue haters”?? I got roasted for asking about suing to recover medical costs! Op sorry, didn’t mean to derail your thread. I hate those calls! Especially when they aren’t yours to begin with

                      N E one = 7 keys, 8 or 9 or more if you count Shift, depending on how you type
                      anyone = 6 keys

                        I just block them but you can also file a complaint. Just make sure your number is on the do not call list. I thought mine was and when I looked a few months ago it wasn't. Not sure what happened there.

                        Register your phone number to report stop or block unwanted, annoying,telemarketing, spam calls, robocalls to the FTC
