    Pellets for ribs

What's your favorite pellet for baby back ribs?

    Apple/pecan mix.

Fruit woods seem to enhance the flavor but I generally just use what I have. I have discovered that using 48% coarse ground pepper and 48% Kosher salt with a splash of paprika and garlic powder is awesome.

Will8ams Rib Tickler is my favorite rub but I can't f8nd it except on line. I picked up some Heath Riles sweet bbq rub the other day and it's pretty good on chicken so I'll try it on the ribs.

            That what I use.

But when I had a stick burner, I'd use hickory for ribs. For the pellet smoker, I'm just too lazy to get all the post oak out to replace with something else

Been rolling hickory for everything and have liked it. Gonna switch up to post oak and see if I can tell any difference?
