I've got a bed frame from them that the side boards wont stay hooked in on.... Nothing better than paying 300% mark-up and having the product not even stay in one piece.

Let me just say-- never again. Customer service nightmare when you have a problem.

Wife said there is a Facebook page dedicated to the poor customer follow up/service.

They Treat their workers terrible.
Warranty sucks.
Furniture sucks.
Its worse than walking into a used car lot.

Never again, bought a living room set there. Sold it the next year and recouped what money we still could!

I could feel how cheap the furniture we set on was.
Hard pass.
I held my nose and bought at Gallery.

We have bought different items there through the years. Wears out quick and the warranty is a joke.

You get what you pay for. We have a couch from them. It's not great, but not terrible. It was $600 brand new. If you are looking for higher quality, you will pay double that.

We have a bedroom set from Gallery Furniture. It's solid and has been great. However, between the King bed frame, matching night stands and his and her dressers, it was like $6,500. We could have gone to Ashely for that and probably spent a couple grand less.
