Made a batch today from the garden. Added a white onion. Pretty impressed! Can't wait to try on some wings or pork tacos!

I did cut the # of peppers in half so the fam could eat it. It has a nice lingering heat but not bad at all. We'll see tomorrow after it sets up overnight

I made a batch yesterday. It's really good on chicken. Made mine and added about a cup of Tabascos also.
Made me a little sticker for the jar.

How hot is it? I love hit sauce and can handle the heat but the last time I used a habanero it was too hot to taste good.

This sounds delicious! What do you put it on and can it be used as a marinade?

Hard to say “how hot is it” ... everyone is a bit different. It’s warm and has a really good kick to it for me but my wife can’t eat it

Give it a shot, it’s really really good. If you make it and it’s to hot, give it away.. you only be out a few bucks

I like it on my eggs but I have also marinated a pork loin and the grilled it to
                              145-150 degrees
Folks have put it on yardbird and love it but I don’t eat a nasty ole chicken so I can’t honestly attest to it
