Moma Berry's Hush Puppies

Makes about 20-30

Mix

1 cup Cornmeal

1 Cup Flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

¾ teaspoon salt

Add and Mix

1 egg

¾ Cup creamed corn

1/4-1/3 cup of either water, milk, or beer (optional)

½ cup diced onions

¼ cup Jalapenos (optional)

Drop into 275° oil by the heaping teaspoon and fry till golden brown.

We could prob use a few more tables for serving. Maybe another awning/pop-up or two.

Guys I know this is Short Notice but it is with a heavy heart that Crystal and i will not be able to make it this year we have had some personal business come up that we have to take care of this weekend. Please enjoy some fish and beer for us as we will be wishing we were there with ya'll. Hope to see you next year!!!!! Blessings to all for a fun and safe event!!!!

Mucho thanks to all the team members, for an outstanding job despite being a little short-handed. We still made it happen.

And it was certainly great to see some familiar faces again. And some new ones too
