Getting back on track, flounder from Friday became dinner in short order. Always wanted to try this, finally did and my goodness was it awesome.

Half stick of butter, minced garlic, diced green onion, diced red onion, and mango pico from HEB sautéed in skillet for about 2 min. Turned off the fire and mixed in the guts from a link of boudin to make the stuffing.

Coated flounder in olive oil and sprinkled with old bay, salt lick and uncle Chris fish seasoning. Stuffed, and threw on the grill on sheet of foil for half hour at about 325 indirect heat. Unreal.

Kids didnt have any luck on fish bites so far. Going to try again this evening. I'd seen the pictures but all the drift and debris on the beach is crazy. Hopefully some luck on trout in the morning if the surf lays down.
