Birria tacos are all the krave now. They've been around forever but the small taquerias are starting to make them more regular now. If you haven't tried them yet I'd highly recommend researching a good local spot.
I bet the axis tacos are off the charts too!
IMO a big part of what makes birria tacos so good is the broth or consome they serve with it. That stuff rocks. It's the au jus of the taco world [emoji106][emoji106]
