Birria Style Elk Tacos -Best Tacos Ever?

I guess this was all the rage last year, but I’ve never had them until now. They were incredible! It was a great use of my elk leg/shank! Anybody ever made (or even tasted) these?

That looks good. Do you have the recipe written down? If so I would like to print it out. If not I can watch the video and take notes.

I just recently started hearing about these. There's a few places in Austin.

I’d love a written recipe too. Cowpoke if you take notes hook a brotha up.

That’s the one I mentioned in the video that inspired me to make it. I don’t think it needs to be sous vide, but I’m sure it turned out great.

I watched several different cooking vids and this was probably the one I based mine on most.

His recipe is posted in his description.

                  Ingredients you'll need:
                  Birria De Res:
                  1lb boneless chuck roast
                  3 beef short rib
                  1lb oxtail
                  5 ancho chilies
                  5 guajillo chilies
