What do these companies do for a AC check up?

BTW - Everyone should have an extra AC capacitor. Buy one off Amazon. Easy to install.

Just look at it. Clean the coils with $5 worth of coil cleaner. Clean outside unit. Make sure condenser is topped off with freon. Sometimes they’ll see how much power certain wires are drawing but not much

Pretty much, clean coils with ? Spray, low pressure wash , vacuum
Check , breaker box check for crazy ants , inside down load software update, clean motherboard and gas ports, squirrel cage bearing check
#1 it keeps me #1-2 on emergency call client list and hourly rate
And I have the owner & service manager personal cell / no dispatcher to deal with
