Pending 2nd draw. What exactly does that mean?

If someone doesn't pay for their permit they'll draw again to fill the spot. Odds are WAY lower than the 1st go-round.

Drew Mule Deer Archery at Elephant Mountain! I have hunted it many times before and have come so close. Fingers crossed that this is the year!

My group got drawn for Archery Mule Deer Big Bend in October. I love the West Tx mountains, can't wait to hunt in them.
