2 lbs venison steaks
1 onion
12 crimini mushrooms
4 jalapenos
4 garlic cloves
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 tablespoons of all purpose flour
salt, pepper, garlic powder, seasoning salt to taste
a pour of red wine such as Merlot or Cabernet to deglaze pan
Step 1: Season Steaks

Step 2: Lightly cover with flour
Step 3: Brown in hot cast-iron skillet then remove

Step 4: Saute Vegetables

Step 5: Deglaze pan with wine
Step 6: Remove some vegetables, add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, place steaks on top, then cover with remaining vegetables and last can of cream of mushroom soup.

Step 7: Cover in foil and bake in a 275 degree oven for 3 hours

Step 8: Serve with your choice of sides, in pic below served with loaded mashed potatoes and fresh green beans. This will make an iron chef twerk
