E, I'd lose the Beasley, and increase the size of Front Real Estate. Your name is already on there, No need to have it twice. Or lose the Front Real Estate altogether.

D with large phone number. About the same size as For Sale and Log/Company Name. Centered.

C and F seem to catch my eye a little more for some reason

By rule, Front Real Estate has to be on sign.

                        X2

Larger phone number would be easier to read.

I should say these signs will be 3'x3'

Assuming these are property signs where you need to convey the greatest amount of information in the shortest amount of time (I.e., to people who are driving by at a higher-than-pedestrian rate of speed), I think F is your best choice. All relevant information can be read and interpreted at a glance, secondary information is there for those who are interested.

From a design standpoint, I also think F is the best choice. Placing the black For Sale banner where you did essentially divides your sign into thirds which, in the design world, is known to be more pleasing to the eye.

Just my 2 cents worth (which is really like getting 4 cents worth).

And the only thing anyone cares about is being able to read the phone number.

                                D. Make the phone number larger.
